1. You, DOLA were going to meet with Bassendean Council on the Lockridge Land at Pyrton with a new proposal, and called it off a couple of weeks ago.

2. The Minister Mr Omedei met with the Mayor of Bassendean with a new proposal for the Lockridge Land at Pyrton last week.

3. Mr Tom McKay and the Superintendent of Nyandi met on Sunday with Lynda Nutter as a random resident (but of the Pyrton Action Group in fact) and with Mr Roy Simpson as a random resident (but of the Pyrton Action Group) with a new proposal for the Lockridge Land at Pyrton.

4. The Hon Derrick Tomlinson rang Mrs Esther Constable as a very long-standing Bassendean resident with new information on the prison proposals for Bandyup and the Lockridge Land at Pyrton the other day:

WHY HAVEN'T YOU COME AND SEEN THE NYUNGAHS? YOU NEVER APPROACHED US AS YOU WOULD A WHITEFELLA.

WHERE DOES IT SHOW ON ANY OF YOUR RECORDS THAT ANY OF YOU HAVE HAD THE COMMON DECENCY TO COME AND SEE US?

WILL YOU ALL MEET WITH US THE NYUNGAH PEOPLE ON SITE IN THE PRESENCE OF OUR SACRED SPIRITUAL DREAMINGS IN THE LOCKRIDGE LAND AT PYRTON?

Please reply.

Everything and all these proposals should stop until you've seen and studied and looked seriously and considered seriously and thought seriously about the Ethnographic and Ethnohistorical Study that is now being completed.
