RE: Windarling – Mount Jackson Area in Western Australia. Mining Iron Ore – Portman’s Mining Company
To our knowledge you People were here in .Australia long before the white people. In your address to the Parliament of Australia In Canberra last week we heard that you, President Hu, rnentioned the date as 1420. We believe your ,People were here in the Nyungah area of Western Australia. Long before your speech we have been doing all the research possible to get all the evidence possible that we can to say that this is correct (and see the book, 1421: the Year the Chinese discovered the World by Gavin Menzies who we are in contact with).
We the Aboriginal People of the Continent called Australia now have been here since the Beginning of Time, before anybody else. Our Spiritual Dreaming is far older than Jesus Christ.
There is a Mining Company called Portman’s that plans to dig up and sell iron ore to you and your country. They will be digging up in and around our Sacred Areas and our Places of Worship in the Windarling – Mount Jackson area of the Yilgarn in Western Australia, thus desecrating our Sacred Dreaming and Spiritual Beliefs and Worship Places.
If the Mining Company involved (Portman’s) is selling you the iron ore which is Sacred to us, you and the mining companies will be shipping it from Australia to your country, China. It is the Spiritual Dreaming of Aboriginal Men and Women who are in the iron ore itself, in the minerals that you are buying. It is Aboriginal Women’s and Men’s Spiritual Beings in that mineral you will be taking. You will be using that mineral to make guns or weapons and in those guns or weapons is the Spirit of the Ancestral Aboriginal Men and Aboriginal Women. If you are making guns and you are firing bullets then that Spirit is in that bullet. If you are firing that bullet into human beings, this means you are killing that person with our Spiritual People. If you are making cars, these Ancestral People – Aboriginal Men and Aboriginal Women Spirits – will be in that car you will be making and using. This is against our Ancient Law.
If the Chinese People are a Nation of People who respect their Cultural Beliefs and Holiness, and you think along the lines of us, the Aboriginal People in Australia, then you are using us for the purpose of your wants and your needs. By you doing that you are destroying our Religion and Culture by buying Iron from Sacred Areas and buying the Body of our Mother who produces us, the Living Spirits.
We are a Nation of People and we ask the Chinese as a Nation of People to stop doing this to us in ways of buying our Mother’s Body which the white people of Australia have stolen from us and do not respect.
We do not oppose mining in areas it is safe to mine, but our Sacredness must be protected. We want you to give us strips of land in return for what you are taking from elsewhere. We ask you to go around our Sacredness with the mining and not through it and not destroying it. No mining should take place in the Sacred Places of Windarling-Mt Jackson Area.
We ask you, the Chinese Nation of People, to assist us, the Aboriginal People, by stopping and not assisting the white people of Australia to destroy us as a Nation of People by destroying our Ancestral Spirits, our Land and our Culture.
We want you, the Chinese Nation, to help us, the Nation of Aboriginal People – not to destroy us – because the governing white people of Australia are destroying us. We haven’t got our own Black Prime Minister of Black Premiers of Black Members of Parliament. We only have a dictator Prime Minister put there by whitefellas to control us. We are slaves in our Country.
What we are asking you the Chinese People is to buy strips of Land back for the real Grassroots Aboriginal Law and Culture People, the Custodians of the Land, the Spiritual Believers. Deal direct with the Law and Culture People who have Knowledge of the Land and not with State and Federal Governments who have no Knowledge of the Land, or responsibility.
This Sacredness doesn’t belong only to Wongi and Yamatji People, it belongs to Nyungah People as well. Nyungah People, Wongi People, Yamatji People and all Aboriginal Law and Culture Spiritual People are very concerned with State and Federal Governments doing deals with mining companies to destroy our Religion and Culture. We are the Owners of our Spiritual Dreaming which is in our Land. The Government of Australia are taking everything from us and they are giving nothing back in return. We are concerned for the generations to come of our children. We have to have Land and our Sacred Places to continue on for the coming generations.
No mining companies ever in the past assisted us with what we want – Land and Sacredness. We want our Sacred Land protected and Land given back as a base to work from to stabilise ourselves so the coming generations can benefit. Go around our Sacredness and give us Land in replacement for what you are taking from elsewhere.
It is time that overseas mining companies and other nationalities of people support Spiritual Elders to protect their Law and Culture and Spiritual Dreaming. We want you to help us get our Land back to protect our Spiritual Dreaming. We, the Grassroots Aboriginal People, are the ones who can tell you ‘you can go here and you cannot go there’. Help us get our land back for our families, our children and our Ancestors.
We live with the Land, we sleep with it, we work on it and we never leave the Land and the Sacredness. We love the Land and we look after it the Proper Way for everyone to benefit from it.
In life we live with the Land. In death we sleep with it forever.
Please help us to have this letter published in your news medias and distribute this worldwide because this is a call for basic Human Rights in Australia.
